In this webinar presentation, Sharyn Grant, Managing Director of LSC Solutions Pty Ltd shows you how to establish mutually beneficial business relationships that achieve expectations and competitive advantage, using two tools: The Partnership Model and The Collaboration Framework. Learn how to avoid the two most common reasons for disappointment in key business relationships and hear about a case study where supply chain collaborators co-created more than $42M in additional profit.

Joe Wrightman, National Sales Manager for SYSPRO Software, talks on the trend of Bring Your Own Device (BYOD). The BYOD collaboration is utilising any device that will deliver supply chain optimisation at the customer’s fingertips. The high performance nature of today’s manufacturing and supply chain requirements demand the “ease of use” and real time accuracy that BYOD has the potential to deliver. Immediate stock requests and purchasing suggestions pushed to your supplier’s phone/tablet based on usage and replenishment rules are also potential realities.

Gartner predicts that ‘by 2017, half of employers will require employees to supply their own device for work purposes.’ BYOD simply cannot be ignored. It is happening and it’s here to stay. Companies need to have policies in place to manage the process in the context of their specific IT and operating environments.
